DEVILED CRAB | |
1 lb. fresh crabmeat 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 bell pepper, finely chopped 1 med. onion, finely chopped 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. red & black pepper 1 tsp. salt Tabasco sauce if you like hot Combine all ingredients together. Pack into shallow baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes. CRAB PATTIES: Same ingredients as deveined crab. Saute chopped bell pepper, onion and celery in a little oil for about 5 minutes to slightly cook, let cool. Combine all ingredients. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Make patties by squeezing out excess oil and shape into small patties. Fry on medium high until crisp and brown on both sides. About 5 minutes. |
