CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
1-1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 tsp. tabasco
2 eggs, separated and beaten
parsley or green pepper
salt/pepper to taste

Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce. Mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until brown.
