HOLIDAY CRANBERRY TEA CAKES 
1 pkg. (16.1 oz.) nut quick bread mix
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 can (16 oz.) Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
2/3 c. chopped candied fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine quick bread mix and spice. Add water and egg, stir until all particles are moistened. Add cranberry sauce and candied fruit, stir until combined.

Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into paper lined tea cake pans. Bake 30-35 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. If desired glaze with warm corn syrup; decorate with candied fruit and nuts. Makes 54 tea cakes. May also bake in 4 greased 5 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch loaf pans filled 2/3 full and baked 70 minutes.
