EASY CHINESE FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked white rice
8 slices bacon, chopped up
2/3 c. sliced green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas
Soy sauce to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Cook bacon in large frying pan until done. Add all other ingredients. Stir and cook until blended for about 10 minutes.
