HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR | |
1 to 1 3/4 c. Irish whisky (can also be scotch, bourbon, rye, brandy or rum) 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweet condensed milk (not evaporated) 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream 4 eggs 2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup (Hershey's) 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 week. Stir before serving. Return leftovers to refrigerator. |
