EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Mix seasoning packet, butter and hot water in bowl. Add stuffing crumbs. Mix gently.

Mix soup and milk in 2 quart casserole. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
