HOT BEEF DIP 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, chopped
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp.pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in beef, onion, green pepper and pepper. Mix well. Spread into 8 inch pie plate or small shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
