HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 to 4 tbsp. milk
1 jar dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Fold in sour cream. Bake in a small pyrex dish 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with large corn chips or cheese crackers.
