HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP | |
8 oz. cream cheese 2 tbsp. of milk 3/4 c. snipped dried or chipped beef or smoked sliced beef (2 1/2 to 3 oz.) 1 tbsp. onion, minced 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. sliced natural almonds Blend together cream cheese and milk. Mix in snipped beef, onion, green pepper, seasoned pepper, sour cream and almonds. Spoon into ungreased casseorle (2 cup size). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot. Place on table warmer or candle warmer. Garnish with additional almonds and serve with raw vegetables or crisp cocktail crackers. |
