HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef (chopped)
2 tbsp. dried onion
1 sm. green pepper
Hot sauce to taste

Heat cream cheese and sour cream. Add other ingredients and mix well. Continue to heat for 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
