THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1 (16 oz.) can yellow wax beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Drain beans, wash well and drain again. Combine the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and shake in a jar to blend. Pour over the mixed vegetables and let stand at least 8 hours.
