2 c. mincemeat
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. glazed fruit
3/4 c. dates
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten well
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. boiling water

Mix very well. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
