2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 jar mincemeat
2 pkgs. date bread mix

2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake in bundt or tube pan. Can also be baked in small aluminum pans at Christmas time as gifts. Bake until done. Less time for smaller pans.
