FOUR LAYERED CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
LAYER 1:

1 stick of butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts

Blend ingredients with mixer. Pat into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until it tests done. Cool.

LAYER 2:

1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Half of a lg. container of Cool Whip

Mix ingredients. Spread over layer 1.

LAYER 3:

1 lg. box of chocolate instant pudding

Follow directions on box for preparing pudding. Spread over layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Spread remaining Cool Whip on layer 3. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill for several hours to allow it to set. Remove from refrigerator just before serving.
