CHOCOLATE LAYER ICE BOX DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Mix and pat in pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix and pour on cooled crust.

2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour over top of cream cheese mixture and chill until firm. Frost using balance of 9 ounce Cool Whip. Garnish with shavings of Hershey as final layer.
