EASY SPICY SMOKED OYSTER DIP 
Serve with chips or crackers. Spicy!

1 (16 oz.) tub regular or light dairy sour cream
3 garlic cloves, minced very fine (or 1 tsp. garlic paste)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Greek seasoning (Cavender's)
1 (3 oz.) can whole smoked oysters w/ red chili pepper (reserve oil)

Mixed together dairy sour cream, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and Greek seasoning. Chop up oysters and red chili pepper and add to dip. Add reserved oil from oyster can, to taste. Stir and chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or more before serving.

Variation: If you like smoked oysters, but don't like the spice, leave out the Tabasco and use regular smoked oysters. May substitute Lawry's Seasoned salt for Greek seasoning.
