ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES 
1 beef roast, 3-4 lb.
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
6-10 beef bouillon cubes
Onion slices, as desired
Green pepper strips

Put roast in crock pot. Fill with water (1 or 2 quarts). Turn on high; cook. Cover with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and add bouillon cubes. Cook all day on high. Do not open lid during cooking time. Remove beef from juice, shred with fork. Serve on Italian bread rolls.
