ENCHILADA PIE 
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
3 cans enchilada sauce
2 cans chopped black olives
16 oz. sour cream

1. Layer 6 tortillas on bottom of 8"x11" pan.

2. "Frost" tortillas with 1/2 sour cream.

3. Layer meat, onion and 1/2 of the cheeses.

4. Top with enchilada sauce.

5. Repeat.

6. Top with olives.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
