ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can green chilies
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
16 corn tortillas

Fry hamburger and onion. Mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, green chilies and milk. Line bottom of pan with tortillas. Stir hamburger and onions in mix. Pour over tortillas. Top with Cheddar cheese, shredded. Split remaining tortillas; make another layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
