ENCHILADA PIE | |
2 med. onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 lb. hamburger 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 cans tomato sauce 1 pkg. corn tortillas Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. flour Fry onion, garlic and hamburger until brown. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1 can of water thickened with 3 tablespoons flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder. In a 9"x12" pan, alternate corn tortilla, meat mixture and grated cheese. Repeat 2 or 3 times and end with cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
