COTTAGE CHEESE FRUIT SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 lg. and 1 sm. small curd cottage cheese
1 lg. or 2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Drain pineapple. Put Jello powder form into drained pineapple. Stir together to blend. Let set 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
