COTTAGE CHEESE FRUIT SALAD 
2 lbs. cottage cheese
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
8 oz. maraschino cherries
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped or 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Drain fruit, save 3 tablespoons cherry juice. Combine fruit, marshmallows and cottage cheese. Add cherry juice for color. Fold in cream. Chill several hours.
