VEGETABLE DISHES 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. bacon
1 onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 shake French's Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cans pork and beans

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Fry bacon and crumble up. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

POTATO CASSEROLE BAKE:

2 lb. sack frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese

Mix cheese and corn flakes; divide in half and set aside. Blend butter, salt, onions, soup and sour cream. Warm to melt butter. Add 1/2 of cornflake/cheese mixture. Add to potatoes. Stir well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with rest of cornflake/cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
