SPANISH STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 sm onion, sliced in rings
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Put beef in large iron skillet; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Place onion and mushrooms on top. Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice all over meat. Bake 1 hour in a 325 degree oven. If tomato sauce gets too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Serves 4. Wonderful if serve with white rice.
