SPANISH STEAK 
1 boneless chuck roast or round steak 1 1/2 inches thick
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
1 can "Zesty" tomato soup
1 can water

Place roast or steak in pan. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour over roast or steak. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
