HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger, brown, drain off grease
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped potatoes
1 1/2 c. carrots
1/3 c. barley
6 c. water

Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and ketchup to your taste. Cook until vegetables are tender. May use canned mixed vegetables.
