HEAVENLY SOLE 
2 lbs. skinless sole or other fish, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in a single layer in a large rectangle Pyrex dish. Marinate 10 minutes or longer in lemon juice.

Mix other ingredients. Spread over fish. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees and then broil for 1-2 minutes. Watch carefully! Serves 6.
