TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes, baked
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 stick butter
Paprika

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and spoon out. Mix with other ingredients and refill potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
