TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
8 to 10 med. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream (not diet)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 to 3 tbsp. Bacos Bits
2 to 3 tbsp. chives (snipped, freeze dried)
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Bake potatoes until tender (2 hours at 350 degrees). Before they cool, cut in half and scoop out insides into a large bowl. Add all ingredients except paprika and mix with beater. (Mixture should be medium consistency, not too stiff or runny.) Put mixture BACK into potato skins; sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. These may be frozen before baked.
