TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes, baked
1/4 c. Blue Bonnet butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Paprika

While hot, cut baked potatoes. Scoop out insides. Whip potatoes. Add Blue Bonnet butter. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt and pepper. Spoon back into shell. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 15-25 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
