TWICE BAKED POTATOES (MICROWAVE) 
2 med. potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. chopped chives

Microwave potatoes and let stand 5 minutes. Slice each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out center. Mash with milk, dressing, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with chives. Before serving, reheat at High 1 1/2 to 3 minutes; re-arranging once. Potatoes may be prepared the night before. Add 1 to 2 minutes to reheating time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
