HAM AND POTATO BAKE - MICROWAVE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
4 c. peeled & sliced potatoes

Mix soup, milk and cheese in 2 1/2 quart microwave casserole dish. Stir in potatoes, ham and onion. Cover. Microwave on high for 20 minutes. Stir. Microwave again 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Could serve with carrot and celery sticks and warm wheat rolls. Fruit dessert.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
