MICROWAVE SLICED BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
2-3 tbsp. chopped chives or parsley or herbs of your choice
4 tbsp. grated Cheddar
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan

Wash and dry potatoes. Cut potatoes into slices but not all the way through. Use a handle of a spoon to prevent you from cutting all the way. Place in microwave safe dish.

Sprinkle with melted butter and chopped herbs. Microwave at high power for 10 minutes, rearrange the potatoes after 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Micro another 4-6 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
