1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
4-5 med. potatoes
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. (1/2 pkg.) onion soup mix

Combine butter, soup mix and salt. Pour water into a 2 quart casserole. Scrub potatoes and slice 1/4" thick (DO NOT PEEL). Arrange in layers alternating potatoes and soup mix. Repeat making 5 layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
