BUTTERED BAKED POTATO SLICES 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
4 or ? potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

(1 potato per person). Serves 4.

1. Pour half melted butter in shallow baking dish.

2. Place sliced potatoes in and baste with more butter.

3. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

5. Baste with remaining butter.

6. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.

7. Continue until potatoes tender, 10 minutes.
