BAKED SLICED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices in ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. In small bowl combine butter, onion salt and lemon pepper seasonings. Pour over potatoes, toss.

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn slices, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 additional minutes or until potatoes are slightly crispy and browned on edges.
