TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 stick butter
Milk
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour until done. Remove from oven and cut in half. Scoop out potato with a spoon being careful not to damage the skin. Mash potato, adding butter and milk to moisten. Mix in broccoli. Spoon potato back into skin. Stand them up in a 9x13x2 inch cake pan. (It is okay to over stuff the skins.)

Sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese. Bake again for another 15-20 minutes until cheese melts. Serve, adding salt and pepper to taste.
