SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (I use 2/3 package), cooked and drained
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
1 lb. ground beef (I use a little more)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese

Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions and mix with the noodles that have been cooked and drained. Brown the ground beef with the salt, pepper and garlic. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Alternate layers of noodles and meat. Start with noodles and end with meat on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
