SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles 1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain. Brown beef; add salt and pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Spread 1/2 noodle mixture into 2 quart greased casserole; top with 1/2 the meat mixture. Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts. |
