CREAMED DRIED BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. dried beef
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
4 c. milk
8 oz. (4 to 5 c.) Muller's egg noodles

Cook peas as directed on package, mix with 2 tablespoons butter, set aside. Tear dried beef into shreds.

In skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter, add dried beef and cook over low heat a few minutes. Remove from heat, blend in flour. Add milk, cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly.

Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed. Drain. Return noodles to pot. Add peas and butter, toss lightly. Arrange noodles on serving dish. Pour creamed dried beef over. Serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
