PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream

Drain pineapple. Crumble the wafers. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread half the wafers in bottom of pan. Cream powdered sugar, butter and eggs. Spread this over crumbs. Beat cream very stiff; add pineapple and spread on top of egg mixture. Spread rest of crumbs over this. Garnish with Maraschino cherries. Very Good!
