DESSERT FOR THIRTY

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 box of graham crackers
Betty Crocker chocolate frosting

Layer graham crackers in a 9" x 13" Pyrex, breaking some as needed to make snug fit. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip, spreading 1/2 of mixture over the crackers. Make another graham cracker layer and spread remaining pudding mixture over. Finish with one more layer of crackers. Soften the can of frosting in hot water and spread over the top layer of crackers. Chill overnight.
