Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Beat 2 minutes. Bake 30 minutes. Use 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
Sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix together. Then fold in 9 ounce Cool Whip.
