BROCCOLI WITH STUFFING 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
3 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix

Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Place layer of broccoli in a 2-quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce. Repeat layers until all is used. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Use 1 cup of herb stuffing and 1 cup of corn bread stuffing or you may use a little more than 2 cups of stuffing.
