STUFFED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs (beaten)
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
slivered almonds
1 pkg. stuffing mix

Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Combine eggs, onion, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, butter, 3/4 slivered almonds and 3/4 stuffing mix. Place broccoli layer in 2 quart casserole dish then pour mixture over. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Top with remaining 1/4 of almonds and stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
