1/2 onion
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. cornbread mix

Mix all together and pat down evenly in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix 1 package cornbread mix and spread on top of meat loaf. Turn oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Pour off grease. Turn upside down onto platter or cookie sheet and serve.
