SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen sliced yellow squash 1 egg 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 c. milk 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1 tsp. salt Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain off most of liquid. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Put in a casserole dish and top with extra cracker crumbs and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
