CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 pkg. dried beef
4 to 6 slices bacon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Dash of paprika

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole with dried beef. Take 1/2 chicken breast (skinned and boned); wrap bacon around it. Close with toothpicks. Put on top of dried beef. Mix 1/2 pint sour cream and 1 can mushroom soup. Pour over chicken breast. Top with paprika. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered.
