CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 soup can sherry wine
Paprika

Arrange chicken pieces in a 1 quart baking dish; do not overlap chicken. Top with mushrooms. Mix mushroom soup with sour cream and sherry until smooth; pour over chicken, entirely covering. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
