1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs

Blend these ingredients and put in greased oblong pan. Mix 1 pound powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 8 ounces cream cheese. Pour second mixture on top of first. Bake for 40 minutes.
